IWRAP

IWRAP identifies a new O.M.M.A. PACK wrapping machine generation for tissue products.. It is a completely new project, born to realize wrapping machines fitting modern production requirements, making them more dynamic, versatile, compact and easy-to-use. Nowadays mechanical and electronic components together with materials and the experience gained allow us to build slender but not less reliable and sturdy machines. Performances have been expanded, enabling a range from 25 to 45 cycles per minute. Many technical solutions flow from tobacco packaging field, where reliability and performances require high quality standard. The base frame was completely rebuilt not for aesthetics, but to optimize machine spaces, volumes, accessibility and functionality. The product exit can be customized with a conveyor belt or a table–top. The size change system has been reviewed and enhanced. IWRAP machine standard configuration can wrap napkins, interfolded items, tablecloths, etc. in cellulose, airlaid, spunlace, ecopaper, non woven fabrics materials. An optional kit expressly studied enables banding the parcel.

IWRAP 2

is the entry level machine, as for performances, of this product range. The folding linear movements are quite exclusively pneumatic and motorized by stepper motors. Machine suitable for mid-slow productions, double stack parcels or high quantity napkins parcels. Safe manual infeed is granted since all components that can get in touch with body parts are featured by an anti-collision system for arms and hands safety.

Max.production speed: 25 packs/min; reliable, simple, sized to sustain continuous shift working. The size change system has been optimized to speed up the change of format and cut down machine downtime. Time of change size 30 minutes maximum performed by a single operator.

IWRAP 3

IWRAP3 movements are only pneumatic and motorized by stepper motors. The machine is reliable, robust and the mechanics was sized to sustain continuous shift working. Although the machine is more suitable for automatic loading, all the devices for safe manual infeed were maintained. Under designing, a great deal of effort was spent on ergonomics of groups, to make quick and easier cleaning, maintenance and size change operations. The size change system has been optimized to speed up the change of format and cut down machine downtime. Time of change size 30 minutes maximum performed by a single operator.

IWRAP 4

IWRAP4 is the fastest version of the whole range.
Max.production speed: 45 packs/min.
The linear movements have been revised, enhanced and powered with stepper motors only, thus improving performances and increasing our size range (from 30 to 180mm height).
